Yoga

The physical aspekt of the Yoga system has developed in the last 40 Jears to a highly intelligent and usefull practise in all varaieties, systems and levels in Europe and Amerika.

Since 30 years I learned and teached the yoga practice mostly in the Iyengar system, but also other methods are mixed in my style, like the chinese Tao Yoga system, connected to the five elements and the meridians.

During the time I build up my own style which mostly take care for the current belongings.

Using different props helps to stay in a posture for a longer time and gain the deep impact of the Asana.

Depending only on subtile distinctions in how to stay and work in the pose, the impact of the posture can be quiet different. We train all layers of the body: The musels, bones, ligaments, organs, the nervoussystem and the glands.



Yoga is a modern way to help you for your personal development, health and wealth.

You can build up a Yoga asana practise for training and developing your body for strenghts and health, or you practise asanas and pranayama to balance and harmonice your energetical and emotional system, or as a cleaning of the inner organs.

You can wash the anger out of your liver and the fear out of your kidneys. Under the skin of your bones you might find your soul.

But you also can treat many kinds of injuries like knee, hip or back problems, headegg, fatigue, infections, inflamatinon, general and specific weakness. When you work with props like blankets, chairs or  Gymbelts the benefit might be even higher.

Yoga is an expierience which touches your whole personality.
